At Engo Eyewear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance heads-up display. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the eyewear and all original accessories, including the charging cable and protective case, back into the original packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the electronic components and lens integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
